| At the time the patient appointment is scheduled, WB-EEMRS starts to keep track of the patient visit by connecting the appointment with all patient information, and as soon as the patient checks in, it changes the status of the patient from being scheduled to checked in. |

| WB-EEMRS makes it easier to generate medical records for each patient visit. For all patients that have been seen on a given day, WB-EEMRS generates blank records with all patient and provider information. Until the report is dictated, it marks the status of the report as not dictated. As soon as the visit is dictated, the medical transcriptionist fills in the information inside the blank spots and completes the report, and sets up the status as dictated, and uploads the data inside the production folder and makes it available to the provider for review and sign off. |
